Welcome to the Building CATALYST Support Center! At Building CATALYST, it is important that our users get the help and support they need. That is why we are providing a full featured service desk portal for your success. This portal allows you to create new support cases and interact with the customer support team. You will also get update emails and can visit the portal at any time to check the status of your case and make updates.
Note: The support center portal requires a new username/password that is separate from your existing Building CATALYST username/password. If you have not already created your support center portal credentials, then you will need to do so when you arrive at the portal.
