An owner has sent you an RFP including a schematic design and desired budget: We will prepare multiple design analysis and cost models. These models will demonstrate differences between the proposed design and budget to the market data - giving you strategic insights that neither the owner, architect, or your competitors will have access to.
You have been selected as the CM on a complicated, multi-building, multi-phased addition and renovation project: We will model each addition and renovation sub-project, and then aggregate them into a master project model. We run one or two additional aggregated model sets to show how different project requirements affect outcomes.
Your budget estimate has come in significantly higher than the owner’s budget: If you send us your estimate, we will run one or more predictive scope and cost models. You will see how your estimate compares to the market on a line item basis, and where the opportunities exist to balance the project scope to the budget.
You have recently completed or bought-out project and want to see how it compares to the market-based Catalyst predictions: We will model and compare your project results to the market. You will see how and where your project aligns with, or varies from, the market. This is also the first step toward developing your historical data and benchmarking system.
